Barn har ein måte å forklare ting på som vaksne ikkje klarar. Dei er ærlege, og dei sminkar ikkje historiene sine med unødvendige ord og uttrykk. Dette er historien om seks år gamle, kreftsjuke Marte Svane, og utfordringane i hennar liv, som er svært annleis enn andre seksåringar sine.

Children have a way of explaining things, that adults just can’t do. They’re honest, and doesn’t try to make their stories more complicated than they are with complex words. This is the story of six year old Marte Svane that has cancer, and the challenges she faces in her life, that is very different from the challenges of other six year olds.
